Founded by river-guiding couple Hailey and Marshall Minder, 3100 Cellars draws inspiration from Idaho’s over 3,100 miles of whitewater rafting routes. Their story began on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River, and on a trip through Hells Canyon in 2013, they realized a sparkling-wine legacy could flow as boldly as Idaho’s rivers.
